2011 Nissan Murano The 2011 Nissan Murano has made its European debut and besides a minor facelift on the front, the crossover gets a diesel engine for the first time. Click here to get prices on the 2010 Nissan Murano . The diesel 2011 Murano is powered by a 2.5L 4-clyinder engine making 187-hp and a maximum torque of 332 lb-ft.

The engine is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and meets the tough Euro5 emissions standards, while making 11% more power and torque than before. Estimated fuel-economy comes in at 29 miles per gallon (in U.S. terms). No word on when the U.S. will see the updated 2011 Nissan Murano, but we’re pretty sure we won’t see the diesel engine here anytime soon.
