Nissan India had recently announced that they have opened the bookings for their soon to be launched Micra diesel. The Micra diesel will be powered by the 1.5-litre diesel engine that we have experienced on the Renault Logan. This engine produces 64bhp of power and 160Nm of maximum torque.

The Micra diesel is expected to be launched in the month of December and should be offered in a price range of Rs 6 to 6.5 lakhs. The Micra diesel will be available in two trim levels XV and XV premium. The XV premium will sport 15-inch alloys as an extra. Apart from this everything else will remain the same on the diesel Micra.
